Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to help modernize Army IT systems and provide secure cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cloud architects, deploy container-based apps, and optimize AWS components in a DevOps setting.

You will work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and the Atlassian suite while ensuring STIG-compliant security and 8570/8140 IAT Level II readiness. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DoD operations experience.
• Proficient with Linux OS and CLI.
• Scripting in Bash, Ansible or YAML.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Experience hardening DoD systems per STIGs.
• Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory.
• Ability to work shifts including nights/weekends.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain DoD information management systems.
• Collaborate with Cloud architects to deploy and optimize AWS-based solutions.
• Develop and operate containerized applications within a DevOps framework using Kubernetes.
• Ensure compliance with STIG requirements and security standards.
