Job summary

Cerebras Systems is hiring for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & IAM Engineer in Sunnyvale. You will design, build, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure and identity platforms, both in AWS and Cerebras data centers, with a strong focus on IAM, SSO, and lifecycle management.

You will implement automation using Terraform and Python/Go, drive security with Zero Trust, and collaborate across Security and Engineering to improve production services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Infra, IAM, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Experience designing and operating identity controls in AWS.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Security-first mindset with Zero Trust and compliance (SOC2, FedRAMP, ITAR).
• Operational mindset with monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infra and identity platforms in AWS and private data centers.
• Implement IAM, IGA, authentication, SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and provisioning workflows.
• Develop automation and IaC solutions using Terraform and Python/Go.
• Build security controls for AI-powered systems and contribute to core security services.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to enforce Zero Trust and reduce friction.
• Write reliable code, participate in reviews, and support production systems at scale.
• Be oncall and participate in incident response for Dev Productivity.
