NetApp, Inc. seeks a Governance, Risk & Compliance Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional security and compliance efforts across ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST and FedRAMP.

You translate controls into engineering requirements, drive automation with AI tooling, and partner with Cloud, Legal, Privacy, and auditors to improve the organization’s security posture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and managing security risk and compliance programs.
• Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, and FedRAMP.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain ISO/SOC2/PCI/NIST/FedRAMP programs.
• Translate controls into engineering requirements.
• Automate compliance activities and drive detection/remediation.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Cloud Security, Legal, Privacy and Compliance teams.
