Job summary

You will lead FinOps dashboards, analyze cloud billing, and identify cost-saving opportunities while collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance to align cloud usage with budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FinOps concepts.
• 5+ years' cloud billing experience (GCP, Azure or AWS IaaS/PaaS).
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets and forecasting.
• Ability to resolve complex cloud cost management issues.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain FinOps dashboards and reports.
• Analyze cloud billing and financial reports.
• Analyze cloud usage patterns to identify cost savings.
• Develop Agile user stories for product enhancements.
• Provide technical support for multi-cloud provisioning platform.
• Create and share knowledge documents and lessons learned.
• Serve as technical lead for the FinOps tool.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to align cloud usage with budgets.
• Educate teams on new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Encourage collaboration to identify optimal cloud solutions.
• Review systems and recommend improvements based on tech advances.
