Job summary

090 OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE SERV is seeking a FinOps Analyst to optimize IT and multi-cloud financial operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management while reporting to executive leadership from an on-site location in Oklahoma City.

The position emphasizes governance, cost allocation, tagging hygiene, and continuous FinOps maturity with collaboration across IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional financial analysis experience.
• Experience in IT, technology, or cloud-focused environments preferred.
• Ability to analyze cloud consumption across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report cloud costs across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Serve as primary administrator for IBM Cloudability and manage dashboards, cost allocation rules, and automation policies.
• Build forecasting models to predict cloud usage and financial impact for budgeting and planning.
• Identify cost anomalies, unused resources, waste patterns, and rightsizing opportunities.
• Create and maintain KPIs, benchmarks, and trends related to cloud financial health.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and operational reports for leadership.
