Qualifications

• Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E).
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or DAWIA Level III in Program Management).
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a team implementing customer projects in AWS/Azure.
• Review Service Level Agreements (SLA) and cost estimates for projects.
• Act as principal liaison with C2E customers on operational matters.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to relate to customers in a professional manner

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent experience
