Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Memphis to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience, IaC knowledge (Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), scripting skills, and a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of IT or cloud-related work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT or cloud-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and deployments.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments; stay current with cloud technologies and best practices.
• Automate and orchestrate cloud provisioning and management processes.
• Monitor performance, security, and reliability of cloud resources.
