Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on role using AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3).
2. Responsible for implementing AWS cloud services, including infrastructure, machine learning, and AI platform services.
3. Experience with LLM-based applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using LangChain and other frameworks.
4. Develop cloud-native microservices, APIs, and serverless functions to support automation and real-time data processing.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into secure, scalable AI systems.
6. Own the software release lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub-based SDLC, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
7. Support the development and evolution of reusable platform components for AI/ML operations.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for the team and internal customers.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Qualifications

1. 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on Python.
2. Experience with AWS services, especially Bedrock or SageMaker.
3. Familiarity with fine-tuning large language models or deploying ML models to production.
4. Experience with AWS organizations and policy guardrails (SCP, AWS Config).
5. Experience implementing RAG architectures and LangChain.
6. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and building Terraform modules for AWS.
7. Strong background in Git, code reviews, and DevOps workflows.
8. Proven success in delivering production-ready software with release pipelines.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. AWS or relevant cloud certifications.
2. Experience with Policy as Code development (e.g., Terraform Sentinel).
3. Experience with Hugging Face, Golang, or Node.js.
4. Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
5. Background in data science or experience with structured/unstructured data.
6. Understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., PII handling, secure deployment).
7. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
8. Advanced certifications or specialized training.
