Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a Cloud Engineer to design and operate secure cloud solutions at Ft Meade, supporting federal missions with TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. You will assess infrastructure, implement cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensure FedRAMP compliance, optimize costs, and collaborate with security teams to maintain operability.

This on-site role requires strong communication skills, proven cloud experience, and relevant certifications; active clearance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP and FISMA requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to align with federal standards.
• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams and procedures.
• Collaborate with the security operations team to ensure compliance with federal security requirements.
• Conduct regular cloud infrastructure audits to identify and address risks and vulnerabilities.
• Optimize cloud service utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud services.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with federal agencies, vendors, and partners for seamless integration of cloud services.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administration
• Knowledge in a variety of cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
