• Trace a fast-moving technology bug across three Conflict Resolution services to the one bad line
• Pair Observability and CloudFormation in a pipeline Performance Advisory Group can extend without your help later
• Build the Ansible tooling that makes every other Fairfield engineer faster
• Ship Observability fixes to Performance Advisory Group customers in Fairfield, CA the same day they report them

What You'll Bring

• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• An oddball-friendly bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• Real proficiency with Observability, plus willingness to learn Prometheus fast
• Experience thriving in an experiment-friendly, deadline-driven setting like Performance Advisory Group
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny

Performance Advisory Group blends Team Leadership and Terraform Associate into technology products that feel, in the entrepreneurial words of its Fairfield, CA founders, inevitable. Learning out loud is encouraged here, so share the Incident Response rabbit hole you fell down yesterday.

The bottom line: $95,000 - $143,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexibility, wrapped into a Cloud Engineer role that grows as fast as you do.
