Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton in Colorado Springs seeks a Cloud Engineer to manage, administer, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. You will apply advanced skills, leverage AWS, DevOps practices, and IaC to deliver mission-ready solutions.
The role requires 5+ years in AWS, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Scripting), and a DoD 8570 IAT certification process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with DevOps methods and practices.
- Experience with Cloud development, migration, or implementation.
- Experience with container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or CloudFormation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash.

- Experience with Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Keycloak, Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID
- Experience with Advanced Networking design and troubleshooting, including DNS, Routing, or Subnetting
- Experience creating or optimizing deployment or support processes for Cloud-based environments on multiple security domains
- Experience creating scripts in SQL and Python to automate tasks
- Ability to collaborate with Cloud and DevOps engineers to solve technical and design problems
- TS/SCI clearance
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Asso cia te or AWS Certified Developer - Asso cia te Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
