Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer for the SOCEUR program to develop, deploy, and maintain ML models on GCP, building robust MLOps, integrating vector databases, and enabling production-grade inference across defense domains.

You will lead end-to-end MLOps, ensure security with TS/SCI, design scalable endpoints, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with HTAP and NASIC/DOE stakeholders to deliver mission-ready AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or related field.
• 8+ years in full-stack software development with production-grade focus.
• 5+ years in ML engineering, model deployment and ML infra optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GCP data/ML services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage.
• 2+ years with Generative AI tech (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) and vector databases.
• 1+ year building scalable Agentic workflows and prompts.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, OpenCV.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy ML/GenAI models using Kubernetes and Vertex AI.
• Design RAG frameworks and multi-agent workflows; fine-tune LLMs.
• Transition prototypes to production with low latency, secure endpoints.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for real-time inference and updates.
• Establish model governance, version control, and Explainable AI.
• Optimize HPC and Edge AI deployments and advise HTAP stakeholders.
