Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an experienced Director of DevOps to drive operational excellence in cloud modernization and data processing environments. You will lead multiple DevOps teams, bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution, and partner with security, data engineering, and platform teams to align DevOps with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with 7+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling DevOps teams (15+ professionals).
• Experience managing global, distributed teams including offshore resources and mixed full‑time and contractor workforces.
• Proven track record of successful cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple DevOps and automation engineering teams (20-40 professionals).
• Drive standardization of DevOps tools, processes, and practices across multiple product teams.
• Architect and implement robust automation solutions for big data processing systems (SQL and Spark‑based).
• Oversee multi‑cloud infrastructure management, monitoring, and cost optimization.
