Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management across multiple parallel platform workstreams
• Design and execute change management frameworks and communications for platform upgrades and migrations
• Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across the program
• Publish data-driven status updates and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
• Lead production readiness reviews and release governance checkpoints
