Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a results-driven data solutions specialist to design, implement, and optimize cloud data warehousing and DFIO-related processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage Snowflake and BigQuery workloads, and lead transition efforts to newer planning products, ensuring performance and reliability across the retail context. Strong communication and incident management skills are essential to support after-hours operations and uphold coding standards.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
• Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations with Snowflake and BigQuery for performance.
• Provide support for Manhattan DFIO including incident management.
• Execute Change Management via ServiceNow and uphold coding standards.
• Develop System Test Plans and perform system testing and peer reviews.
• Analyze processes to build Process Model Diagrams and optimize workflows.
• Lead migration from DFIO to new planning products.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder communication for migration planning.
• Hands-on DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in cloud data warehouse architecture (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Requirements Gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, estimate, and implement technical solutions.
• Manage Cloud Data Warehousing operations with Snowflake and BigQuery for performance and scalability.
• Provide dedicated support for Manhattan DFIO, including incident management, error identification, and after-hours support.
• Execute Change Management protocols via ServiceNow and maintain rigorous Coding Standards.
• Develop System Test Plans and conduct comprehensive system testing and peer code reviews.
• Analyze current business processes to build Process Model Diagrams and recommend optimizations.
• Lead the technical transition and migration from DFIO to new planning products.
• Expert functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment processes.
• Hands-on experience in Manhattan DFIO application support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse architecture (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Proven ability in Requirements Gathering, documentation, and System Testing.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and migration planning.
