Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an engineer for the Robotics Data Foundation to design and build cloud data systems for ingesting and storing vehicle telemetry from onboard systems to the cloud. You will normalize data across flight controllers and mission systems, enabling discovery and analysis across the fleet.

You will work on high-throughput pipelines, edge-compatible telemetry infrastructure, and collaborate closely with engineering teams and customers to tailor data solutions for real-time

Qualifications

• Experience with modern lakehouse architectures (Iceberg, Delta Lake) and ETL/processing engines.
• Experience building and operating high-throughput streaming data pipelines (Spark Streaming, Flink, Kafka).
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, and/or Go for backend services and pipelines.
• Experience building and operating cloud systems using containerization and deployability tech (Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps like FluxCD/ArgoCD).
• U.S. Person status is required; eligibility for US Top Secret clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud data systems for ingestion pipelines and storage across fleets.
• Normalize data across flight controllers and vehicle management systems for analysis tools.
• Develop scalable, edge-compatible telemetry infrastructure for offline and air-gapped environments.
