Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Approximately 4–8 years of professional experience supporting data engineering, software engineering, or related technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-ready data solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, Lambda, EKS, and S3.
• Proven success supporting scalable data platforms and production data workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization principles.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise data pipelines supporting mission-critical workflows.
• Create and optimize Python-based solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Support movement and integration of structured and unstructured data across systems and environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
• Design and support cloud-based data solutions within AWS environments.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues while supporting production operations.
• Contribute to automation efforts that improve reliability and performance of data engineering processes.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of data platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
