Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Cloud Data Engineer - Intermediate for Plano, TX. This contract-to-hire role requires 6+ years of cloud data engineering experience, with hands-on AWS data lake implementation using Lake Formation, Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda. Proficiency in Python and CI/CD is essential.

Nice-to-have Snowflake/Databricks, Terraform, and data analytics exposure with Athena/EMR/Redshift. This position offers 55 USD per hour and comprehensive benefits through Innova Solutions.

Qualifications

6+ years of cloud data engineering experience.
Strong Python development experience.
Proficient in AWS data services and data lake technologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks is a plus.
Experience with Terraform.
Experience with data movement and analytics: Athena, EMR, Redshift.
Hands-on with AWS data lake technologies.

Responsibilities

Hands-on work with AWS data lake techs (Lake Formation, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda).
Develop data pipelines and data movement tasks.
Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines in AWS.
Work with Python and Spark; use Boto3 for AWS API calls.
Collaborate on data analytics using Athena, S3 Select, EMR, Redshift.
Support data engineering deliverables end-to-end.
