Mizuho Financial Group Inc. invites an experienced Cloud Data Engineer to join its data platform ecosystem. You will coordinate across data product domain teams, guiding onboarding, platform setup, framework adoption, and engineering enablement to ensure delivery excellence.
You will drive governance, scalability, and the adoption of enterprise data standards, collaborating with stakeholders to enable secure, reliable data integration and consumption across the organization.
Join Mizuho as a Cloud Data Engineer. In this role, you will oversee coordination across data product domain teams, helping them establish delivery excellence through structured onboarding, platform setup, framework adoption, and engineering enablement. You will serve as a strategic bridge between the Core Group and domain teams to drive consistency, scalability, governance, and effective execution across the data platform ecosystem.
Experience in large‑scale cloud data transformation or platform modernization initiatives. Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated data environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
