In this position, you will have the opportunity to act as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and the Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO), aligning cloud and compute services with business objectives. A Cloud Customer Success Manager supports and educates stakeholders on standard and nonstandard service offerings, tracks and manages response to incident and problem escalation, and provides input and direction toward process, services, and solutions. This position enables peers and agencies to accomplish specific objectives by removing barriers and enabling or improving key services. Collaboration with staff, agencies, and peers furthers Office for Information Technology (OIT) initiatives and objectives. You will have the opportunity to represent Network, Unified Telecommunication, and Security Operations (NUTSO) and (OIT) to all Cloud and Compute stakeholders. Stakeholders include business area leadership and staff, IT leadership, IT business relationship management teams, project managers, operational teams, and the vendor community. It is expected you will maintain expertise in and support the catalog of services for Cloud technologies.
