Tekaccel Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic migration of legacy contact center platforms to Amazon Connect, with a healthcare payer focus.

You will drive cloud-native, intelligent contact center solutions that enhance member/provider engagement and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with IT, telecom, operations, clinical teams, and leadership to define requirements, craft the product roadmap, and deliver scalable, compliant platforms.

Formación

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in contact center or voice automation in healthcare payer settings.
• Experience migrating legacy contact centers to cloud-based platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect).
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling and cloud security best practices.
• Experience in voice UX, IVR design, and contact center analytics.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and features.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end migration of legacy contact center systems (Avaya, Cisco) to Amazon Connect.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for contact center modernization and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, telephony, operations, clinical, and customer service teams to define requirements.
• Develop customer journeys across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels.
• Leverage AWS tools to enable smart routing, automation, and real-time analytics.
• Own vendor relationships, contracts, and governance for telephony and analytics tools.
