Connected Logistics is seeking a Cloud Computing Specialist SME to support the Information Operations Enterprise Enclave (IOEE) and IOSEE, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance networks across DLA sites. This role requires C&A and RMF expertise and the ability to deploy to various locations.

The ideal candidate has DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification, current security clearance, and hands-on cloud security experience with AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Certification and Accreditation (C&A) for large systems.
• Experience with RMF, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-37.
• Ability to work independently with cloud security knowledge.
• Experience with FedRAMP assessment methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide C&A and RMF guidance for IOEE/IOSEE systems.
• Lead cloud security risk assessments and controls implementation.
• Travel to DLA sites as needed (up to ~3 trips/year).
• Support certification reviews and security authorization processes.

Connected Logistics is seeking a Cloud Computing Specialist SME to assist in providing the core network engineering services needed to manage the ongoing operations, planned upgrades, new technology insertion, and strategic capability development of Information Operations Enterprise Enclave (IOEE) and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave (IOSEE) systems and equipment with the goal of providing a secure, reliable, and high-performance network that effectively enables DLA's business activities. This requires the ability to deploy to any DLA site in support of installation or troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will serve as an Information Assurance and Cloud computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the application of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards and guidance as outlined in the NIST Special Publication(s) (SP) 800-53 and 800-37 (Current versions).

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of relevant Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience
• (RMF) and NIST C&A experience
• DOW IA experience
• Assessing IA controls experience and conducting C&A reviews for large, complex Information Systems
• Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
• Must have the essential skillsets to identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement "best practices" as applied within a cloud environment (across all the different deployment and service models, and derivatives).
• May need to travel around 3 times a year.
• Must be well versed in FedRAMP assessment methodology of security and privacy controls deployed in cloud information systems to include six (6) domain areas.

3. Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Security
4. Cloud Application Security
5. Operations
6. Legal & Compliance

Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal the contractor must possess a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.

Clearence: Secret

8570/8140: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (CISSP, CISM, GSLC or Equivalent)

Computing Environment Certifications: Cloud Computing Security Certification such as an AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+, or equivalent
