Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Cloud Computing Architect to serve as the technical authority for both classified and unclassified cloud environments, including DoD IL5 and IL6 platforms (AWS or Azure).

You will design secure, scalable architectures covering landing zones, IAM, networking, compute, storage, encryption, logging, monitoring, and DR, while addressing constraints of classified settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience architecting, designing, deploying, and modernizing enterprise cloud environments using AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of experience designing or supporting DoD classified, disconnected, restricted, or air-gapped environments, including IL6 cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading cloud architecture efforts and providing technical direction to cloud engineers, DevSecOps engineers, and operations personnel.
• 5+ years of experience designing cloud landing zones, identity and access management, network segmentation, compute, storage, encryption, logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
