Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager to guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business perspectives. You will partner with engineers, designers, and marketers to drive strategic roadmaps and successful outcomes for complex infrastructure products.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
2 years of experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies in networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, data analytics, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) to translate PRDs into OKRs for one or more teams.
Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.
Develop and secure buy-in for a product vision and direction, achieving greater outcomes.
Validate the market size and opportunity (user-based, strategic, revenue).
Drive launches, maintenance, and retirement with cross-functional teams.
