Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Cloud Automation Engineer to respond to customer tickets and drive automation across AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will focus on security, cost management, and operations while collaborating with the team to extend automation capabilities.

The role requires self-direction, strong scripting abilities, and experience in cloud platforms. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of IT/cloud experience required.
• Experience with Python, Jenkins, Terraform for automation/CI/CD.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Automation and security focus; self-starter who works autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Enhance automation and scripting for cloud deployment and configuration.
• Maintain a secure cloud environment with least privilege and zero trust.
• Monitor cloud costs and apply FinOps best practices for cost visibility.
• Provide non-routine technical support for cloud-based data center operations.
• Collaborate to deploy IT infrastructure projects across on/off-premise IaaS.
