Job summary

Los Angeles Metro is seeking a senior IT leader to design and oversee scalable cloud architectures and lead multiple application development and IT infrastructure teams. The role emphasizes secure cloud solutions, enterprise integration, and production support across departments.

The position requires 6 years of relevant experience (or 3 years in a supervisory role), plus certifications in Azure/AWS/Salesforce. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information System Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Six years of relevant experience or three years of supervisory-level experience in designing, implementing and maintaining an enterprise-wide system.
• Certifications in Microsoft/Azure, Oracle, Amazon AWS and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system development life cycle and infrastructure projects across multiple teams.
• Define, implement and test security controls in complex environments.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee software development, deployment, and production support duties.
• Guide architecture, data modeling and integration across platforms.
• Prepare project reports and feasibility studies for management.
