Job summary

Flash Technology Group is seeking a Cloud Architect with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to design secure multi-cloud solutions for government and enterprise workloads. You will evaluate CSP options (AWS, Azure, Oracle), optimize connectivity via ExpressRoute/VPN, and integrate carrier-neutral data centers while meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 requirements and security controls.

The position offers a competitive salary of roughly $200,000–$222,000 plus comprehensive benefits, career growth

Qualifications

• BS or higher in CS/Info Systems/Engineering; 10+ yrs IT exp, 5 yrs extra substitute per BS.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (or above) certification required.
• Experience with CSPs and network connectivity for cloud.
• Experience with Express Route/VPN/Gateway and Direct Connect/Transit Gateway.

CLOUD Architect shall possess the following capabilities:

• Minimum of 10 years of IT related experience with a BS degree. Degree must be in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline. 5 additional years of related IT experience may be substituted for a BS degree, totaling 15 years of IT related experience.
• Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 (or above) certification is required.
• Understanding the architecture and connectivity options for the various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) (Amazon, Azure, and Oracle) and TS, S, and U networks (Commercial and Gov’t clouds)
• Understanding carrier neutral datacenters for connectivity and transport options
• Experience in Express Route/VPN/Gateway, Fast Connect, Direct Connect/Transit Gateway

Approximate Salary Range: $200,000 - $222,000
