Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an Application Security Engineer in St. Louis, MO (Hybrid Preferred) with remote consideration. The role focuses on security testing, remediation, and secure DevSecOps across apps in VB.NET, SQL, and Python, plus AWS GovCloud infrastructure hardening.

You will support compliance, monitoring, and risk reduction in a collaborative, regulated environment with a focus on secure development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in application security or secure software development.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, VB.NET, AWS CDK and AWS security services.
• Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM analysis, SAST, DAST and pentesting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and remediation recommendations.
• Evaluate and remediate KEVs, CVEs, and compliance findings.
• Review and secure applications developed in VB.NET, SQL, and Python.
• Harden AWS CDK-based infrastructure as code in AWS GovCloud.
• Support SA&A activities, monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
