Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Application Security Engineer to help secure cloud-based infrastructure for national security missions at Scott Air Force Base. You will apply enterprise cloud platforms to design, implement, and maintain secure solutions.

The role requires DoD-focused experience, F5 BIG-IP, TLS/mTLS on proxies, and AWS cloud knowledge, with a Secret clearance preferred. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve security issues across enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting DoD enterprise architecture.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and administering F5 BIG-IP.
• 4+ years with in-line break and inspect solutions such as reverse web proxy and forward web proxy.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting TLS and Mutual TLS on a proxy.
• Experience working with DoD clients and stakeholders troubleshooting issues in enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of cryptography protocols and standards, including TLS, mTLS, hashing algorithms, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Secret clearance
