Job summary

ABCO MAINTENANCE INC. is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect / Database Engineer / AI Platform Architect to design and build the cloud, database, security, API, and AI infrastructure for our enterprise applications.

Compensation for this role will be between $150k-$180k depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture, C#/.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, authentication, Azure or AWS, enterprise integrations, and production AI architecture, with

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development, cloud engineering, database engineering, or software architecture experience.
Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.
Production experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS and enterprise cloud environments.
Experience designing databases for high-volume production enterprise applications.
Experience with authentication technologies including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, RBAC.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud environments for enterprise apps.
Design backend architecture supporting web apps, integrations, and AI solutions.
Develop production database environments with schemas, indexing, and data access patterns.
Build secure RESTful APIs and services using C#, ASP.NET Core.
Define API contracts, versioning, validation, and documentation.
Establish authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity integration.
Design secure AI workflows and RAG architectures for enterprise data sources.
