Job summary

NuvemRx is hiring a Cloud Administrator to manage and support Microsoft Azure and AWS環境s, focusing on reliable cloud operations, security, and compliance. You will deploy services, ensure continuity, and partner with IT Operations, Development, and IT R&D to improve efficiency across multi-cloud environments.

The role involves administering enterprise AI services, RBAC, logging, and cost management, plus governance across Azure and AWS, with on-call rotations and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cloud administration with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 2+ years of experience with network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS core services, cloud storage, Kubernetes, and resource management.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and software issues in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain services and applications within Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Manage cloud maintenance activities including upgrades, patches, backups, and resource configuration across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop and maintain processes for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and High Availability (HA) in coordination with IT Operations and Development teams.
• Provide diagnostic support for hardware, networks, and software in cloud-based environments.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Implement process improvements to optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations.
