Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Cloud Administrator to modernize cloud environments supporting 100+ business applications using AWS and Azure. You will build secure, scalable solutions, develop automation scripts, and explore new cloud technologies in a DoD context.

You will work with application developers and technical teams to improve deployment, connectivity, and support, while expanding expertise across cloud platforms. A strong focus on security and automation guides daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• CompTIA Security+ (or IAT Level II equivalent).
• Minimum of two (2) years cloud administration, engineering, or related IT experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure with the ability to learn new cloud technologies and services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or a comparable scripting language.
• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, and networking).
• Knowledge of cloud networking (virtual networks, subnets, routing, security rules).
• Experience with cloud IAM, roles, and permissions.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud identity, access controls, and security settings per program and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployments, CI/CD workflows, and migrations.
• Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions; troubleshoot infrastructure and application hosting issues across cloud services.

Working alongside application developers and technical teams, you’ll help improve how applications are deployed, connected, and supported. You’ll also have opportunities to explore evolving technologies in the DoD space, tackle technical challenges, and expand your expertise across cloud platforms.

• Experience with AWS C2S or other government cloud environments
• DevOps experience with CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• MySQL administration including database performance tuning, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, Auto Scaling, or Elastic Load Balancing) or comparable Azure services
• Container Experience (Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS)
• AI/GenAI tools and cloud‑based AI capabilities experience
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and version control tools such as Git
