Job summary

Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking an Outfitter in the Softgoods department to assist customers with gear and share enthusiasm for the outdoors. This part-time position emphasizes morning hours (9a–3p), teamwork, and an active, hands-on workday.

The role includes stocking, processing merchandise, and delivering friendly service. A high school diploma is recommended and sales training is provided. Sportsman's Warehouse operates across 140+ locations with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication is required.
• LOOKING FOR MORNINGS PRIMARILY (9a-3p)
• Must be able to work well independently and in teams
• Must have weekend (saturday-sunday) availability
• Sales training provided by Sportsman’s Warehouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.
