Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in the Treasure Valley seeks a Clothing Pricer to price clothing orders for our thrift stores with accuracy and speed, supporting our mission to nurture youth through accessible programs.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we offer a collaborative environment, affordable benefits, and opportunities to grow. The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and comfort with technology; no advanced degrees needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Clothing Brand awareness or broad familiarity with popular clothing brands.

Responsibilities

• Price clothing orders for Treasure Valley stores accurately and consistently.
• Consistently meet and/or exceed production expectations.
• Suggest improvements to clothing procedures and processes.
• Act to improve efficiencies, reduce cost, reduce waste, and increase revenue.
• Perform ongoing review of clothing quality before order is complete.

Pricers effectively produce accurately priced quality garments to fill store orders within a specific time frame. Must Haves:

• Be at least 16 years of age

• Work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with technology, including touch screens

• Consistently and accurately price Clothing orders for Treasure Valley stores
• Consistently meet and/ or exceed production expectations
• Suggest improvements to clothing procedures and processes
• Act to improve efficiencies, reduce cost, reduce waste, and increase revenue
• Perform ongoing review of Clothing quality before order is complete
