The position requires merchandising expertise and customer-service experience in retail. The ideal candidate will guide salesfloor clerks, handle varied shifts, and foster a fun, efficient store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and/or knowledge of clothing & houseware products, retail sales & customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department by keeping it clean, stocked, and easy for customers to shop.
• Provide guidance to department clerks and assist customers with questions in clothing/houseware.
