Job summary

Bomgaars seeks a Key Carrier (Clothing) to lead the Clothing department with supervision of daily store operations in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, hourly, onsite role in a Bomgaars location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Agriculture background/Product knowledge.
• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Merchandising skills/experience.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Administrative and computer skills to complete paperwork.
• Detail oriented/Organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis.
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control.
• Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers.
• General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Cashiering/cash handling.
• Freight handling/Forklift operation.
• Assist customers with product selection and load outs.
• Handling phone calls.
