Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated individuals for part-time and full-time openings as Clothes and Housewares handlers at our Midland Store, 2030 N Saginaw Rd, Midland MI. Earn $15.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

Join a mission-driven team focused on helping people overcome barriers to employment. Responsibilities include handling donated merchandise, pricing and displaying items, and meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.
• Able to stand for 6–8 hours daily.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Able to reach, bend, or stoop and use safe lifting techniques.
• Organized and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Handle new and donated merchandise (soft and hardline).
• Price and display merchandise.
• Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour.
• Adhere to safety standards (gloves, tagger gun).

  • Handle new and donated soft and hardline merchandise.
  • Priceand display merchandise
  • Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour
  • Adhere to safety standards of wearing gloves and using a tagger gun.
