Job summary

Five Guys is hiring Crew Members in Ballston Spa, NY. You will perform essential duties across the restaurant, including the cash register area, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep, delivering friendly, fast and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience.

We value reliability and a positive attitude. Abilities to stand for long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift.
• Function in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Tolerance to temperature fluctuations.
• Read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
• Communicate clearly.
• Use a basic computer system (e.g. cash register).
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception.
