Job summary

Life Time Vernon Hills is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club sparkling and welcoming. You will ensure cleanliness of the facility, stock supplies, and uphold Life Time's presentation standards while delivering friendly service to members.

Daily tasks include maintaining indoor/outdoor areas, stocking towels, managing locker room products within budget, and assisting members with questions about Life Time services. This hourly role supports a positive, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products within the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
