Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. They may also meet departmental targets and profitability goals.
