Lennar is seeking a Closing/Escrow Coordinator to serve as the liaison between Sales and Escrow. You will prepare final terms, manage documents, and ensure timely escrow closures with lenders and title companies.

Role requires strong Excel/Word skills, fast typing, and excellent communication. Expect daily paperwork, schedule coordination, and close collaboration with various teams.

• Strong communication and organization to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Home Status Tracking Sheets with Lennar Mortgage and outside lenders.
• Set up and maintain files for new agreements.
• Audit new sales agreements, manage contract documents, and maintain job files.
• Copy and distribute agreements to buyers and realtors as applicable.
• Schedule CEL Walk, ACC Walk and settlement dates with Production.
• Update JDE with CEL Walk, ACC Walk and COE dates.
• Send closing letters to the appropriate people.
• Process documents for FHA-approved communities.
• Review and signing of Seller documents for settlements.
• Create closing folders and arrange keys for settlement.
• Maintain the closing calendar with Lennar Title and outside Title/Lender.
• Assist Division President and VP with assigned projects.
