Job summary

McDonald’s in Minneapolis is seeking closing crew members to join our team. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant. The role includes food preparation and customer interaction during the closing hours.

Evening/night availability is required, with shifts starting around 5pm and ending near 1am. Experience is a plus, and opportunities for advancement exist based on performance and dedication.

Job Requirements

We are looking for closing crew who are available until 1am or later. Our closing crew start around 5pm and help close the restaurant around 1am. In addition to nightside availability, all you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We will teach you the rest. If you have restaurant experience, we offer competitive wages that take into consideration your experience level.
