Wingstop is hiring Flavor Experts to join our kitchen team and support guest satisfaction with fast, fresh wings. You will help prepare in-house sauces, sides, and ensure timely delivery of hot orders to guests while staying sharp on cleanliness and safety.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and good communication in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are 16+, comfortable with late hours, and motivated to grow with a dynamic franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work until 2 AM.
• Strong team player and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wings and sides in-house, including ranch and bleu cheese.
• Package and deliver completed hot orders to guests.
• Assist in food prep and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The Flavor Expert is responsible for Serving the World Flavor. You will be creating wings with flavor to the max! You will play an integral role in ensuring our Guests get their cravable, fresh, and delicious wings delivered by our promise time.
