Job summary

Up Closets of Charleston is seeking a Closet Designer/Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom closet systems with our software, and create tailored proposals.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential, paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in in-home closet design or related field.
• Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, but also a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand storage needs and style preferences; design custom closet systems using our software.
• Create detailed proposals and estimates tailored to each project.
• Partner with the installation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process.
