Job summary

Up Closets in Charleston is seeking a Closet Designer/Consultant to combine creativity with customer service in a commission-based role. Meet clients in their homes, design custom closet systems using our software, and deliver detailed proposals.

You’ll work with our installation team to ensure accuracy and excellent client satisfaction. The role emphasizes in-home sales, strong communication, organization, and the ability to learn new software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home closet design or a related field.
• Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, but also a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their storage needs and style preferences. Design custom closet systems using our innovative software.
• Create detailed proposals and estimates tailored to each project.
