Job Description

As a Closet Designer, you will work directly with our clients at their homes to create customized closet and organization solutions that reflect their needs, style, and space. You will play a key role in delivering personalized designs that maximize functionality while maintaining an upscale, luxurious aesthetic. This is a commission based contract-to-hire (1099) role located in the Spring/Cypress area. Top performers earn more than $100K/year.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to understand their space, needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide professional guidance and recommendations on layout, materials, and organization solutions.
• Create detailed, custom closet and organization designs, making adjustments as needed based on client feedback.
• Support sales efforts by providing visual presentations during design session with client.
• Present proposals and price estimates to clients and collect payments for approved closet purchases.
• Maintain a strong focus on both design aesthetics and practical functionality.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay current with the latest trends in interior design, storage solutions, and materials.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including web-based applications and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with CAD software, 3D design tools, and other design platforms.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
