Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation experience for a long-term contract in Chicago. This hybrid role requires three days on site per week in Chicago and involves leading CLM deployment and organizational change management initiatives across the sourcing/procurement space.

You will review current processes, drive the CLM rollout, and manage stakeholder communications at all levels, including socialization and governance steps to

Qualifications

• Experience managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
• Experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Banking, insurance or financial services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review current strategic sourcing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in new CLM implementation.
• Own and drive project work around the sourcing/procurement space on the new CLM implementation.
• OCM planning and conduct communication activities: presenting materials to all levels of the organization.
• Build out a plan with steps on how to solve and build the solution including reviews and socialization.
