Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Data Governance Manager to partner with business teams to define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controls.

You will lead data migration, transformation, and analytics initiatives, building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working directly with contract and/or financial data.
• Direct experience with contract management activities and CLM systems (Conga CLM or similar strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting data governance, data management, and analytics initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including use of AI‑enabled tools where applicable.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
• Hands‑on experience with data migration projects and transformation efforts
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash processes
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to build end‑to‑end data processes
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• Project management experience; familiarity with Jira preferred.

• Support contract data mapping, transformation logic, and migration from multiple systems into a single CLM platform
• Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and operational performance
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with business users, leadership, and technical teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals
