Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor - Clinique to drive Clinique brand sales through expert makeup and skincare consultations, guest engagement, and in-store events. You will support store performance while representing Ulta and Clinique values at the guest’s point of service.

You will build relationships with a growing client base, stay informed about product ingredients, and contribute to a positive team environment with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and suggest products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experiences and sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and grow the Clinique client base.
