Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Specialty Beauty Advisor for Clinique to maximize brand sales by engaging guests and guiding them through color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance selections. You will deliver an elevated guest experience on the sales floor and support Clinique brand goals.

You’ll perform makeup applications, book appointments, and help drive events and promotions while maintaining store standards and a friendly, knowledgeable presence for guests.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Cosmetology or applicable license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and suggest products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events.
• Build relationships with customers and manage a growing client list.
